Mahsyian Return Policy

  • Returns can only be made for credit and not cash refunds. The return window for all purchases is 14 days from the date of delivery (any date past the 14 day window will not be accepted) . 
  • Damaged Items do not qualify for return in any circumstance (please reach out to shop@mahsyian.com for process on damage on delivery goods) 
  • Partial Returns are not accepted (non-negotiable policy)  

 

Return Process:

      1. Reach out to Customer Care (shop@mahsyian.com) with order number , picture of items returning 
      2. A shipping Label will be generated on behalf of the member and sent via email 
      3. Please pack all items into one mailer / box 
      4. Take package to your nearest UPS Store location 

 

Post Return Process:

Members will be notified once the returned item is received and a store credit will be provided
