Mahsyian Final Sale Policy

All Mahsyian purchases are Final Sale.

Because every Mahsyian Wearable is created as a one-of-one original and every Mystery Collection is curated individually, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons including change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect order, please contact shop@mahsyian.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the shipping package
• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect contents

Each claim is reviewed individually.

If a replacement is approved for a one-of-one Mahsyian Wearable, an identical piece cannot be recreated. In these cases, Mahsyian will provide an original Wearable or Collectible of comparable value at its discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not been fulfilled or assigned a shipping tracking number.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, the order becomes Final Sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
